Crispin: While I do marvel at the immense energy of the MAGA Republicans,  I've never aligned with the "Make America Great Again" movement simply because I believe that America has always been GREAT! We are the greatest country in the world, hence why so many want to immigrate here. There is no better place to live, to own property, to raise a family, to build a business, and to peacefully practice one's religion without persecution because we are all protected by the US Constitution. That does not mean we do not have real challenges that need immediate and innovative solutions which will require all of us working together to resolve. Bottomline is "United" we stand, "Divided" we fall ...It's time to work with both sides to get what we need to be successful as a city and as a state. We all want the same things - affordability, safety, great education system, efficient transportation, amazing healthcare, economic opportunity, a sound infrastructure... 

Crispin: Wow! This is new to me, thanks for asking this question!  I have been a Republican all my life, which is even a couple of decades longer than President Trump has been a member of the GOP. I believe in traditional Republican values like fiscal responsibility, a strong national defense, low taxes, and that good governance begins at the local level. I'm a Second Amendment Advocate who has been shooting since I was a child when the traditional American gun culture was moulded by WWII veterans like Charlton Heston. I support responsible gun ownership which always, always begins with gun safety ... I'm pretty Republican.
