Set Term limits for Senators and House of Representatives

Establish a maximum age limit for those running for US Senators, Congressmen, and US President

Setting the maximum age for candidates to 70 years old would keep those individuals well within the current average US life expectancy of 79 years during the entirety of their term.
The US Constitution states minimum ages to serve in the House, in the Senate, and as President of the United States. Today our life expectancy of 79 years is much longer than the 64 years it was in 1789 when the US Constitution was ratified. Therefore, I believe that it's time that we amend the US Constitution to state maximum ages as well. The vast majority of Republicans and Democrats can agree that it is destabilizing to the country to elect individuals who are either beyond the current US life expectancy of 79 years or will be during their term if elected.

Let's get our national budget passed in a timely manner avoiding costly government shutdowns ..

If Washington fails to pass a budget forcing any part of the US government to shut down, all currently serving Congressmen & Senators must go into Financial Conclave requiring them to remain in Washington D.C. until a budget passes both houses.
Any Senator or Congressman leaving Washington D. C. during Financial Conclave will be charged with a felony and will serve time in a Federal Prison.

Overhaul our antiquated and inadequate immigration laws to ensure we retain the best and the brightest while sending criminals back home.
Our current immigration system empowers human traffickers and feeds the rise of gang violence in our cities.

Create a 20 year path to US Citizenship ...

All eligible boarder immigrant candidates receive a 6 month work visa as well as a social security number that is connected to their fingerprints, retina scans, and any other identification like tattoos and blood type. If these immigrants abide all US laws and pay into the social security system during those 6 months, they are eligible to renew their 6 month work visa.
After 2 successful 6 month work visa's, immigrants may receive a 1 year work visa.
After completing 2 successful 1 year work visas, immigrants in good standing may receive a 2 year work visa. After successfully completing two 2 year work visas in good standing the immigrant my receive a 4 year work Visa.
After successfully completing two 4 year work visas in good standing and having learned the English language, immigrants may be issued a Green Card for 5 years.
After successfully completing one 5 year Green Card and passing a civics exam given in English, an immigrant may become a US citizen.
By the end of the Citizenship Path the individual should be able to speak English, read the US Constitution, understand the US government, laws, and voting process.

Establish Interstate Wildlife Crossings

Establish a Wildlife Corridor Action Plan for Tennessee building statewide wildlife crossings along Interstates to reduce Wildlife Vehicle Collisions (WVCs) while improving habitat connectivity for terrestrial and aquatic species.
Use collision data, connectivity models, and GPS tracks of migrating animals to map out the best locations to build wildlife overpasses and underpasses
Apply for the Federal Highway Administration's Wildlife Crossings Grant Pilot Program
