- Metro Nashville to Establish an Impact Fee Schedule for developers that allows them to quickly calculate the cost of city infrastructure upgrades needed to support their high density developments. Currently no clear schedule exists which causes 1) massive and expensive development project delays often leading to 2) increased`financing costs and 3) Nashville ultimately using tax payer dollars like property taxes & sales taxes to pay for the upgrades. - More funding for resource awareness campaigns letting people know what support services are currently available to help identify and treat drug addiction as well as mental health issues.

FIREARM SAFETY SOLUTIONS
- Enforce Current Firearm Laws
- Reduce the TBI's current backlog of Background Checks (estimated to be about 700K) by establishing a common database in which all Tennessee county judicial systems report.
- Establish Temporary Transfer Laws; e.g. if someone threatens on social media that they're going to shoot up a mall, movie theater, or school, temporary transfer laws allow law enforcement to temporarily remove their firearms before the crime is committed.
- Empower gun dealers to be the Volunteer State's front line of gun safety & proficiency education by helping create and teach a Tennessee gun safety continuing education curriculum and certification program for gun owners.
- Ensure the Right to Bear Arms only Applies to US Citizens - increase penalties for any illegal immigrants carrying firearms.
- For individuals found incompetent to stand trial for their crimes, make it illegal for them to purchase or carry firearms.
